Product Description

Every art print is produced with archival ink on acid-free paper, ensuring that they will last a lifetime without fading or loss of color. All art prints have a 1" white border around the image to allow for future framing and matting.

The day I worked with this beautiful model, Morgan, remains one in my memory as almost enchanted. It was a rare perfect summer day, with fluffy clouds dancing around the Chugach Rage. There was a slight breeze, and beautiful dragon flies sparkled jewel toned flecks in and out of the bright green grass. Some of my closest friends were painting near by, enjoying the peaceful view in this last frontier.

Morgan was hired to be the Painted Ladies costumed model for the Great Alaskan Plein air retreat as part of Michelle Dunaway's painting demonstration. The cool Alaskan light shone on Morgan's face and eyes reflecting the turquoise lake and blue mountains in a way I had not imagined. The antique long dress and velvet burgundy jacket made her look like a relic from the past, a goddess guarding the lake. I couldn't resist painting this close up of her face that challenges the viewer to come a little closer to the lady of the lake.

Photography and image scanning

All images sent to pixels are professionally photographed and color corrected to ensure the closest match possible to honor the intent of the original works. Products are regularly ordered and inspected by us personally to ensure quality and a faithful rendition of original works.

Production and shipping

Each custom-made item takes 2 - 3 business days to print, assemble, and package. Shipping times vary depending on region from which you are ordering and location of the closest pixels manufacturing facility. Most US orders take 3-7 business days to arrive after manufacturing. Returns

We understand that sometime things don’t go as planned. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us at immediately at info@talyajohnson.art. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is accepted (they usually are) we’ll send you a return shipping label that you must adhere to the original packaging. We will also give you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will issue you a full refund for the purchase price as soon as the item arrives.
